Recipe – Banana & Oat Cookies

These easy cookies are super tasty and perfect for the lunch boxes and pre/during swimming snack.


What you will need (serves 12)

  • 1 largemashed ripe banana
  • 3/4 cuprolled oats
  • 1/2 cupground almonds
  • 1/4 cupraisins or your preferred chopped dried fruit
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1 Tbspsunflower or rapeseed oil


  1. Heat oven to 175C
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Divide into approximately 30g portions and flatten slightly on a greased baking tray
  4. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Keep in a sealed container for up to five days
